There are many benefits to putting a Group together besides earning DISCOUNTED or FREE trips. It provides an opportunity for you to show your leadership skills to your co-workers, family and friends. When you organize a Rafting Trip with River Mountain ACTION RAFTING, you'll get the recognition and the accolades even though we do most of the work involved.

We suggest you talk to a few friends and co-workers to establish a proposed trip date. Then you call and verify trip date availability, and register as a Group Organizer (You do have to be over 18 to register).

RMA will publish Custom Printed Flyers for your specific trip for you to distribute to all the people you hope to have join your group. You might also pass them around at work, your place of worship, your health club and any service organizations to which you belong. As the guests contact you to be a part of your group, you collect the $40 per person deposit, and enter their billing information on the sign-up sheet we provide, then you submit it all to RMA each week. We send your guests the receipt for their deposit and bill them for the balance due. They are then responsible for paying the balance due directly to RMA. They may send a check, or charge it to Mastercard, VISA, Discover or Am.Ex. Either way it takes you out of the loop of trying to collect money from friends or associates.

RMA will also send you a Colorful Custom Electronic Flyer, (E-Flyer). This is a PDF flyer that you can forward to anyone in your address book that you feel might be considered a prospect for your group. We even provide a link for a free download of “Adobe Acrobat Reader” for the computers that do not have it already installed. The beauty of the E-Flyer is that it provides a link to your Group Organizer file on our website. Your guests can sign up on-line, pay their deposit on-line, pay their balance due on-line, and you get the credit for their participatin toward the incentives shown below. You even have password protected access to your webpage so you can see who has booked on your trip. Think about that - you just guide your prospects to your special page by forwarding your custom E-Flyer to them. Thats it! and you benefit from their participation.

Ask anyone who has ever put a group together, they will all tell you the hardest part is collecting the money! The deposit is easy, if they can't come up with forty dollars, the reality is they will not be part of your group. It is the balance due that is hard to collect, the phone tag, unreturned e-mails, it can be frustrating, so that is why we do it for you. We make your guest responsible for his or her own balance due, and make it easy for them by providing an (800) number to call and pay by credit card.

QUANTITY BONUS DISCOUNTS:

With just 6 Paid Guests:	The 7th, usually the Group Organizer, goes for Half Price.
With 12 Paid Guests:	The 13th, usually the Group Organizer, goes for FREE.
With 18 Paid Guests:	The 19th goes FREE, the 20th for Half Price.
With 24 Paid Guests:	The 25th and the 26th go for FREE.

This progression continues for your entire group. Since your guests pay us directly, we calculate the earned FREE and Half Price trips and *REFUND the overpayment(s) to the Group Organizer.
